soil data of Ethiopia

I am working on malaria prediction in Ethiopia. and the factors that affect malaria incidence are rain, temperature, population and so on. Rain creates breeding sites for the vector and parasite. so i want to consider the soil infiltration. to consider the soil infiltration I have to know about soil type, soil depth, soil porosity, soil field capacity and soil wilting point.
