Replication Data for: Genomic-regions associated with cold stress tolerance in Asia-adapted tropical maize germplasm

Maize is increasingly being grown in the winter season in South Asia when there are low prevailing temperatures and frequent cold snaps. Therefore,.elite varieties must have cold resilience as an important trait. The current study identified a suite of genomic loci associated with grain yield along with agronomic traits such as flowering time and plant height under cold stress environments in a panel of advanced tropically adapted maize lines In addition, the study also identified four lines with potential cold resilience that could be used as breeding starts in the tropical maize breeding pipelines.
